Delivery Confirmation

Returns & Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@erraskin.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return

1.    Go to the Returns Portal - Visit our Returns Portal (link to be inserted) to start your return or exchange request.

2.    Enter Return Details - Provide your order number, email address, and reason for return. If your product is damaged or defective, you’ll be able to upload photos so we can resolve it quickly.

3.    Get a RMA Number - Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and our return shipping address. This number helps us process your return faster — please keep it handy.

4.    Pack & Ship - Carefully pack your product in its original packaging (if possible), along with all accessories or inserts. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel, then ship it using a trackable service. Keep your tracking number for reference until your return is complete.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned items. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Jurisdiction

You agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, or our services will be subject to:

  • Australian customers: The exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, Australia.
  • International customers: The non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, Australia.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation with a mutually agreed independent mediator. Each party will bear its own costs of mediation, and costs of the mediator will be shared equally.

Binding Arbitration for US Customers

For customers located in the United States, if a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will be conducted remotely or in a mutually agreed location.

Class Action Waiver (US Customers)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that you may only resolve disputes with Erra Skin on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Time Limit for Claims

Any claim you bring against Erra Skin must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action arising, unless otherwise required by law.

Assignment of Rights

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms — in whole or in part — to:
