Where We Ship
We ship our products to the countries listed below so you can enjoy Erra Skin treatments wherever you live. If we are unable to deliver to your location for any reason, we will contact you promptly and arrange a full refund.

Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed before 2 PM New York Time (GMT -5) are usually processed on the same business day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Please note this cut-off applies to order processing only and does not include shipping transit times. Delivery estimates provided at checkout begin once your order has been dispatched.
- Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons or promotional events.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Costs
- We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders.
- Additional options such as shipping insurance or expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your country may apply import duties or taxes once your package arrives. These fees aren’t included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs charges go unpaid and your package is returned to us, we’ll refund your order minus any shipping or handling fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details (where available). You can track your shipment directly on our website using the tracking number provided.
Wrong Address or Return to Sender
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@erraskin.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to update your details, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal to pay duties, or failure to collect from the carrier, we can arrange redelivery at your expense. If you prefer a refund, the cost of shipping, handling, and any applicable fees will be deducted.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
- We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout for peace of mind against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- If you have purchased shipping protection and your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and any supporting evidence (such as photos).
- If you decline shipping protection, Erra Skin is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
