30-Day Change of Mind Guarantee

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return any unopened and unused product for a full refund of the purchase price.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.
  • A Restocking Fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund.
  • If your order included free shipping, import duties, or taxes covered by Erra Skin, these costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. You may contact our team at support@erraskin.com to confirm the amount before returning your order.

    Provide your order number, email address, and reason for return. If your product is damaged or defective, you’ll be able to upload photos so we can resolve it quickly.

    Get a RMA Number

    Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and our return shipping address. This number helps us process your return faster - please keep it handy.

    Pack & Ship

    Carefully pack your product in its original packaging (if possible), along with all accessories or inserts. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel, then ship it using a trackable service. Keep your tracking number for reference until your return is complete.
