Subscription Policy

Please read this Subscription Policy carefully before making a purchase. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every order you place.

By choosing a subscription for one or more of our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Starting Your Subscription

To begin, select the subscription payment option available on the relevant product page. The delivery frequency will be clearly displayed at the time of selection. Your subscription starts once your initial payment is processed.

We will automatically charge your nominated payment method on the same day of each subscription cycle, and your order will be prepared and dispatched after payment has been received.

All subscription payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD), even if prices are displayed in your local currency for convenience.

Ongoing Orders

Products purchased on a subscription basis will continue to ship automatically until you cancel. By placing a subscription order, you authorise us to charge your payment method for future orders at the frequency and quantity you have chosen. The actual cost of each shipment may vary depending on the quantity, frequency, applicable taxes, shipping costs, or promotional offers available at the time of billing.

If your payment method cannot be charged for any reason, we will make up to two further attempts to process the payment. If these attempts fail, your subscription shipment for that cycle will not be sent.

You can manage your subscription — including updating payment details, changing shipping information, skipping a delivery, or cancelling — by logging into your account using the email address linked to your subscription.

Cancellations

You may suspend or cancel your subscription at any time by giving at least 7 days’ notice before your next scheduled billing date. To do so, log into your account or contact our support team at support@erraskin.com.

Cancellations made after this time frame may still result in the next scheduled order being billed and shipped.

Change of Address

If you move or need to update your shipping address, please log into your account and update your details at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment. If an order is shipped to an outdated address and returned to us, a reshipment fee may apply.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will apply to subscription orders unless your order meets the advertised free shipping threshold. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Promotional Codes

Unless otherwise stated, promotional or discount codes cannot be applied to subscription purchases.

Order & Delivery Issues

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing, please contact us at support@erraskin.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.

If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbours, household members, or your local postal carrier. If your order still cannot be located within 10 days of the recorded delivery date, contact us so we can investigate further.
