At Erra Skin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the information below before making a purchase, or contact our Customer Care team if you need assistance with a return or refund.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible Items: All Erra Skin products are eligible for refunds under the terms outlined below.

Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, promotional giveaways, and samples are not eligible for refunds.

Condition Requirements: To qualify, products must be returned to our warehouse in their original packaging with all included accessories, inserts, and manuals. Returns received without all components may be subject to a restocking fee or refused.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for change of mind.
  • For results-based claims, our 90-Day Results Guarantee applies (see below).

How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return:

  • Contact our Customer Care team at support@erraskin.com with your order number and reason for return.
  •  Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
  •  Returns must be received at the provided address within 30 days of approval.

Please note: returns sent without prior approval or a valid RAN will be rejected.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Erra Skin does not reimburse return shipping fees.
  • You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to products during return transit — we recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your shipping receipt.
  • Returns received without tracking information or confirmation of delivery cannot be refunded.

Please note: we cannot accept returns at our warehouse without prior email confirmation and a valid RAN.

Return Address

(Provided upon return approval via email.)
 Please include your name, order number, and Return Authorization Number (RAN) inside the parcel to ensure smooth processing.

Refund Processing

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your return to be inspected and processed after it has been received.
Before issuing any refund, we are required to:

  •  Inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.
  • Confirm that all accessories and packaging are included.

You will receive an email notification when your return has been received, and another once your refund has been approved and processed to your original payment method.

Refund details:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by Erra Skin to send your order will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • A restocking fee of $10 will also apply to all change-of-mind returns to cover handling and inspection costs.
  • Orders placed through Klarna, Sezzle, or AfterPay are eligible for store credit only.
  • Erra Skin absorbs all shipping, handling, import costs and taxes (e.g., customs or VAT) to provide free worldwide delivery; however, these expenses are non-refundable if you return your order under our 30-Day Change-of-Mind or 90-Day Results Guarantee.

90-Day Results Guarantee

We’re confident in the performance of the Erra Micro-Infusion System, but meaningful results take consistency and time.
If, after 90 days of regular use, you haven’t noticed visible improvements in your skin’s tone, texture, or glow, you may request a refund under our 90-Day Results Guarantee.
To qualify:

  • You must have used the device and serum as directed for 90 days.
  • Contact support@erraskin.com with your order number, proof of consistent use (such as before/after photos with timestamps), and a brief explanation.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
  • Refunds are processed once the used device and components are received and inspected by our team.

Faulty or Defective Items

If your device arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Care team at support@erraskin.com
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the fault

Our team will help troubleshoot the issue and, if needed, arrange a repair or replacement at no cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, as we do not carry clothing items.
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process above for a refund (where eligible), and place a new order for your preferred item.

Money-Back Guarantee Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee or refund:

  • Shipping delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.
  • Products returned without a valid RAN or without all original parts and accessories.
  • Pre-order delays, where the estimated stock arrival is clearly stated on the product page.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage.
  • Returns received after the 30-day or 90-day return window.
  • Shipping, packaging, handling, and taxes (state, customs, VAT) are non-refundable.

Erra Skin reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee (minimum $10) if products are returned incomplete or without prior authorization.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it automatically enters our warehouse processing queue. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations once your order has been confirmed.
If your order has already shipped, you can return it following the process outlined above once it arrives.
