Introduction

Welcome to the Erra Skin Affiliate Marketing Program! We’re excited to partner with passionate brand advocates who love sharing our products as much as we do. This program is designed to reward our affiliates for introducing new customers to Erra Skin’s innovative, clinic-grade skincare. By participating, you’ll earn commissions on every qualifying sale made through your unique referral link or code.

By joining, you agree to the terms outlined below, which ensure fairness, transparency, and success for everyone involved.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 20 years old to participate.
  • You must have an active and valid payment method to receive commissions.
  • Erra Skin reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

Program Participation

  • Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral link and/or discount code to share with potential customers.
  • Commissions are paid on qualifying sales that are directly tracked to your referral link or code.
  • Affiliates must ensure all promotions comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations.

Commission & Payments

  • Commission rates are determined by Erra Skin and may change at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes.
  • Commissions are only payable once payment from the referred customer has been successfully processed.
  • Returned, refunded, or cancelled orders will result in the relevant commission being deducted from your balance.
  • All commission payments are subject to review and verification by Erra Skin to maintain program integrity. This may result in payment delays while investigations are completed.
  • Commissions obtained through fraudulent, misleading, or aggressive marketing practices will be voided.

Coupon & Deal Sites

  • Posting affiliate codes on coupon websites (e.g., Honey, CouponBird) is strictly prohibited.
  • Affiliates found to be sharing codes on such sites will be removed from the program and forfeit unpaid commissions.
  • Affiliates should report any unauthorized code sharing to Erra Skin immediately.

Email Marketing Restrictions

  • Affiliates may not promote affiliate links via email marketing without prior written approval from Erra Skin.
  • Unauthorized email campaigns may result in suspension or termination from the program.
  • Any clicks generated through Google or paid ads instead of approved organic social media content may trigger further review and possible suspension.

Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using stolen credit card details or making bulk purchases with the intent to return.
  • Running paid social media or search ads that compete with Erra Skin’s own ads or outrank our official website in search results.
  • Redirect fraud (buying a domain, installing scripts, and auto-redirecting traffic to an affiliate link).
  • Cookie stuffing (placing cookies on a user’s browser without consent to claim unearned commissions).

Any suspected fraudulent activity will be investigated and may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates may not alter Erra Skin brand assets (images, logos, slogans) without written consent.
  • All promotional materials must be used in a way that is consistent with Erra Skin’s brand guidelines.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
  • Upon termination, affiliates must immediately stop using Erra Skin branding, marketing materials, and referral links/codes.

Limitation of Liability

Erra Skin will not be responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of income, profits, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Amendments

Erra Skin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Agreement

By joining and participating in the Erra Skin Affiliate Marketing Program, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. Breaches may result in removal from the program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and potential legal action.
